Please be advised that there will be scheduled downtime across Reporting section of our platform in the US region during the timeframe mentioned below. This is because we are performing an upgrade on a critical component of our infrastructure.
Maintenance start time: July 29th, 2026 9:00 PM PST
Maintenance end time: July 30th, 2026 12:00AM PST
Regions Impacted: US Region Only
Services Impacted: Only Reports section and Community Health Dashboard. Users might not be able to create/open custom, insight reports and community health dashboard during the upgrade window.
Additional Information: Users will still be able to login to the platform. Responding will not be impacted.
