Between 2:45 PM and 3:40 PM PT, some users experienced intermittent loading and performance issues across parts of the Rival platform in the CA region.
We also noted another intermittent issue between 4:30-5:45 that caused loading and performance issues in the CA region of our platform.
Service has been restored, and the platform is operating normally. We are continuing to monitor performance and investigate the underlying cause to help prevent recurrence.
